With Pathlore, Univ. of No. Carolina Health Care System Helps Medical Pros

Before implementing Pathlore’s solution, training professionals in each of UNC Health Care System’s 19 training groups had their own techniques and administrative management processes for imparting the institution’s best practices. The UNC Health Care System implemented Pathlore’s product to bring together training that ranged from instruction mandated by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) to courses required by human resources and administration management to classes covering technical and clinical systems.

The Pathlore LMS suite has standardized training across the health system; so that, employees and medical staff have one place to complete online courses, view class schedules for self-enrollment or cancellation, maintain their own learning plan and track completion of requirements on their personal transcript.
