Wales to use libraries as e-Learning sites to boost adult skills
Welsh Assembly Government Minister for Culture, Welsh Language and Sport, Alun Pugh has launched the ‘Gateways to Learning’ initiative, to encourage more adults into lifelong learning and develop their skills – using libraries and e-Learning.
