VTEL Selects Codian’s Breakthrough MCU & Streaming Solutions
San Jose, CA and Austin, TX – June 25, 2004 – Codian and VTEL Products Corporation today announced that they have signed a reseller agreement for VTEL to distribute Codian’s new family of multipoint conferencing units and digital streaming products worldwide. Under the agreement, VTEL, a leader in producing videoconferencing systems for the education market, will offer Codian solutions to its resellers for use in the educational market as well as government, health, and enterprise markets. The companies will also engage in co-development and co-marketing activities to be announced in Q3 of 2004.
