PLEASANT GROVE, Utah- September 19, 2002- TestOut announced today that it has received patent pending status for five technologies relating to simulation development, enabling the company to create state-of-the-art, intelligent simulations that push the technology envelope.

· The ability to configure the simulated network, the type of hardware, running conditions, the software and operating systems in a visual database environment
