Supreme Court Upholds Law Adding 20 Years to Copyrights
The ruling, in Eldred v. Ashcroft, prompted disappointed scholars and library groups to say they would push Congress to ease copyright restrictions on scholarly works and would support efforts to make works more widely available to the public.
