SkillSoft Announces Sales Management Change
Earlier this year, we promoted Mr. Jerry Nine to the position of Chief Operating Officer. We also created a new role of Senior Vice President of Worldwide Field Operations, reporting to Mr. Nine, to which we named Tim Ellinger. In connection with the change, the heads of our three geographic sales regions, North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific, reported to the new Senior Vice President. Today, the company announced that it is changing the sales management structure such that the heads of the three regions will again report directly to Mr. Nine.
