Satellite Contracts Connect Tengtu’s Distance Learning Network to an Additional 3 Million Students in China
These contracts provide for the connection of an additional 6,000 schools and 3 million students to Tengtu’s distance learning network. The two new contracts, valued at US$1.1 million (9.18 million RMB), are to be completed by January 31, 2004.
