“Creating Assessments that Get Results” offers two days of instruction on effective assessment design, development and delivery. Through learning exercises, case studies and group projects, participants learn the best practices, tips and techniques essential to the sound and effective use of assessments in business, training and education. The course includes four modules:

    • Measuring Knowledge, Skills, and Attitudes through Needs Analysis and Assessment Techniques
    • Motivating Learning with Questions and Assessments
    • Writing Sound Test Items and Building Valid and Reliable Assessments
    • Delivering Assessments Safely and Securely
