Public television in Reno farms nostalgia from the ’60s
With lineups such as “My Generation: The 60s Experience” “California Dreaming: The Songs of the Mamas and Papas” and “Funky Soul Superstars” which featured live performances from artists who were popular in the 1960s and ’70s, the spring pledge drive was the fourth most successful on record for Reno public television station KNPB Channel 5.
