The podcast is hosted by Dr. LeRoy Hill, Dean of Distance Education at University of Southern Caribbean. Dr. Hill is a talented educator, Learning Designer and innovator, with extensive socio-technical skills and exemplary leadership in education.
Dr. Shearer is the Emeritus Director of Research for the World Campus. Prior to his role in the World Campus he lead instructional design units at public and private universities. His involvement with distance education spans 30 years. During this time he has developed courses for many delivery modalities and has authored several articles and chapters.
