Oswego BOCES Distance Learning Offers College Courses
Oswego County BOCES and Onondaga Community College (OCC) have teamed up to offer students from the Altmar-Parish-Williamstown, Central Square, Phoenix and Sandy Creek school districts the opportunity to earn college credits before they graduate from high school.
