A modern building both in appearance and function, the center houses telecommunication tools that enable teachers and students from across the world to connect, teach and learn. In the view of college president Dr. John Cooper, the E. K. Porter Distance Learning Center will further enable the college to reach out to outlying communities in Southeast Missouri.
