Odessa College hosts ESL telecast
The telecast, “Integrating Technology into Your ESOL Program,” was produced through STARLINK, a teleconference network funded partially by the state, to public school and college educators and literacy volunteers nationwide, said OC Dean of Distance Education Robert Munoz.
