GeoLearning Introduces GeoMaestro LMS & E-Learning Delivery Platform
GeoLearning, Inc., a leading developer of Web-based learning solutions, announced today the official release of its new GeoMaestro learning management system and e-learning delivery platform. The GeoMaestro architecture provides unparalleled support for content development and managing learning in a blended environment. The new system also offers enhanced system navigation with GeoLearning’s unique 3D graphical user interface, as well as rapid, cost-effective deployment through the application service provider (ASP) delivery model.
Through GeoMaestro, organizations can launch more than 10,000 off-the-shelf AICC and SCORM-compliant courseware titles, develop custom online content, deliver synchronous events, manage a blended learning environment, track learner progress and measure learning results.
The GeoMaestro technology is the LMS platform behind the U.S. federal government’s Gov Online Learning Center at www.golearn.gov.. Launched in July, Gov Online is one of the largest e-learning initiatives ever undertaken, offering online training courses to the 1.8 million people employed by the federal government.
GeoMaestro is based on a modular architecture to offer maximum flexibility and scalability.
