GeoLearning & Exxceed Kick Off Partnership with $2.5M State Government Contract

GeoLearning, Inc., the leading provider of ASP-hosted human capital management and development (HCMD) solutions, announced a new alliance to co-market Exxceed’s CompetencySuite™ human capital management solutions as an integrated component of its GeoMaestro™ and GeoExpress™ learning management systems. The partnership has already paid dividends with several customer contracts, including a 3-year $2.56 million contract with the New Jersey Department of Law & Public Safety to deliver first responder training to 145,000 police, fire and emergency personnel on behalf of New Jersey’s Domestic Security Preparedness Task Force.

The Exxceed CompetencySuite™ is an ASP software solution that takes a skill based approach to help leaders develop employees, hire top talent, and manage the succession process. The CompetencySuite™ includes the Exxceed Competency Dictionary, a compilation of over 9,000 technical and behavioral competency definitions and over 470 job roles.
