As director of the Navy Voluntary Education (VOLED) Program, Dr. Mary Redd-Clary is responsible for the supervision of over 180 government personnel assigned to the Virtual Education Center, the Pensacola VOLED support detachment, and 35 Navy college offices located in the continental U.S., Asia, the Middle East and Europe. She also oversees the execution of the Navy’s multi-million dollar tuition programs supporting sailors’ education goals, whether assigned ashore or afloat.
