Dr. Judith Hale to Address Questionmark Users Conference

Her presentation will focus on how to build a business case for assessment by understanding the role it plays in the value chain, the orderly steps an organization follows in order to create and build value.
About Judith Hale:
Judith Hale, Ph.D., CPT is the author of “The Performance Consultant’s Fieldbook,” “Performance-Based Certification,” “Performance-Based Evaluation,” and “Performance-Based Management: What Every Manager Should Do To Get Results.” She has been a consultant to management in the public and private sectors for over 25 years.
Dr. Hale specializes in needs assessments, certification programs, evaluation protocols, and the implementation of major interventions. She is an active member of ASTD and past president of ISPI and the International Board of Standards for Training, Performance and Instruction (ibstpi). Her firm is an affiliate member of the National Organization for Competency Assurance (NOCA). Judith was awarded a B.A. from Ohio State University, a M.A. from Miami University, and a Ph.D. from Purdue University.
