Distance learning on restoration of buildings
The contract has been awarded after an international call for tenders published in Brussels on the 8th June 2002 and a full selection procedure administered under EU regulations. The IKONOS project, at over 3 million Euros, is one of the largest EU-funded projects to be designed, won and administered by a Maltese organization which would act as the Contracting Authority for the 8-country consortium involved.
