Distance learning college plans $25M in upgrades
Empire State College, part of the State University of New York system, will spend $25 million upgrading its buildings on Union Avenue in Saratoga Springs and to build a new distance education center, according to college officials. The building and renovation project is being paid for with an appropriation from the 2005 state budget.
