world leader in the study of distance education is in New Zealand this month.
Associate Professor Michael G. Moore is Director of the American Centre for Study of Distance Education and the editor of The American Journal of Distance Eductaion and the Distance Education Handbook with Masse University’s Dr Bill Anderson.
