DigitalThink Delivers Customer E-Learning for ADP Dealer Services

April 29, 2002

Automobile and truck dealers benefit from convenience of online training options for ADP product and service solutions

DigitalThink, Inc. and the Dealer Services Group of Automatic Data Processing, Inc. announced the two companies are working together to extend online training to ADP’s automobile and truck retail clients, in an expansion of the existing relationship between the two companies.

ADP is offering clients a new e-learning solution that provides convenient access to training 24 hours a day, seven days a week. DigitalThink, working with ADP Dealer Services, will create over 75 hours of e-learning courseware covering ADP’s software applications for the automotive and truck dealer market.

ADP and DigitalThink recognize that no single training method can meet the needs of all customers. This new e-learning initiative highlights ADP’s commitment to developing new training opportunities through a blended learning approach. By offering customers supplemental and alternative options to classroom or seminar style training, ADP can improve customer satisfaction.

“ADP’s relationship with DigitalThink provides a great opportunity for our automobile and truck retail clients to access ADP training online at any time,” said Steve Anenen, senior vice president of ADP Dealer Services. “This training capability will provide dealers greater control over when and how their employees receive the critical training that’s going to make their business more successful.”

“By investing in e-learning, ADP is deepening its strong commitment to customer service,” said Mike Pope, president and CEO of DigitalThink. “In choosing DigitalThink as its e-learning provider, ADP proves that it is committed to quality training that will produce measurable business results for both ADP and its customers.”

The new e-learning offering features Web-based tutorials on various ADP Dealer Services products including Elite™ Plus, Document Storage & Data Archiving (DSDA™), PartScan and ADP’s Customer Relationship Management Solution – Right Relationship 360. Additional courses are already in development.

DigitalThink also announced today the appointment of Robert Krolik as chief financial officer, replacing Mike Pope. Pope was promoted

to president and CEO at the beginning of April 2002. Krolik joined the company in early 2001 as the corporate controller.
