Collegeboard.Com Acquires Sequitur Corporation, A Long-Time Collegeboard Partner

New York, NY – collegeboard.com announced today that it has acquired Sequitur Corporation, an Atlanta-based provider of communication and information management solutions for college admissions and recruitment offices.

The acquisition of Sequitur Corporation by collegeboard.com is a natural extension of the 16-year relationship between Sequitur and The College Board. Since 1984, Sequitur has participated in the development, marketing, and support of many College Board admission and enrollment management products. Sequitur has also provided training and consulting to more than 860 College Board clients.

Sequitur1s primary product is Sequitur Recruitment Plus, a comprehensive software solution designed to manage recruitment and admission processes for colleges. The product has been well received and is currently in place at 50 institutions. Sequitur is currently developing a new product, RecruitNet Plus?, which will deliver a more comprehensive set of communication and management information services to college admission offices through the Internet.
