Adjuncts Matter: A Qualitative Study of Adjuncts’ Job Satisfaction

The extrinsic factors that influence the workplace experiences of 27 adjuncts teaching online were explored. In this qualitative research study, the adjuncts’ lived experiences were examined through in-depth interviews.
