BankAtlantic Signs 5-Year License Agreement for GeoLearning Hosted LMS Platform

GeoLearning, Inc., the leading provider of ASP-hosted human capital management and development (HCMD) solutions, announced today that BankAtlantic, one of the largest financial institutions headquartered in Florida, has signed a five-year license agreement for the company’s GeoMaestro™ learning management platform. The Internet-based system will be used to manage enterprise learning and development for BankAtlantic’s 1,500 associates at 73 branch locations.

In addition to the GeoMaestroâ„¢ learning management system (LMS), the BankAtlantic deployment will include GeoLearning’s MyPlan module to track and manage individual employee development plans, its Web-based Class & Event Scheduler to administer traditional classroom training, and data integration with BankAtlantic’s existing PeopleSoft human resources information system. GeoLearning will also provide Internet hosting, security and maintenance services for the initiative, as well as 24×7 technical support for BankAtlantic associates and administrators.
