Blackboard Buys Two College-Based Co.’s

Blackboard Inc., already one of the Districts best-known technology companies, is scheduled to announce acquisitions today that aim to strengthen its position as a provider of technology infrastructure to colleges and universities—and nearly double the size of the company.
