Virginia Tech Executes Master Agreement with CyberLearning Labs

CyberLearning Labs, Inc., developer of ANGEL the open, flexible enterprise learning management system, announced today that it has signed a master agreement with Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. Any state college or university, state agency, independent non-profit college or university, or K-12 school system in the Commonwealth of Virginia can license ANGEL under the agreement.
