UMass Lowell Online Breaks Record, Launches New Programs
LOWELL, Mass. – Fifteen years ago, UMass Lowell was among the first institutions in the nation to offer students the option to take classes online, delivering eight courses to about 80 students. This year, the university saw more than 200 times that number of online enrollments in offerings from single courses to full degree programs.
