In my second capacity, I chair a transformation steering group which provides guidance to our Integrated Capability Teams (ICTs), which ensure lateral staffing and coordination occurr across our vertical military structure so we can better incorporate, from the outset, all the pertinent functional domains of the headquarters that are contributing to our transformation objectives.
