State officials find flaws with new virtual charter proposal
The Idaho Distance Education Academy is targeted at home-schoolers. They’d get a state-paid allotment of 600 to 16 hundred dollars a year _ depending on a child’s grade _ and can still pick whatever curriculum parents want.
