Education and Industry Leaders Encouraged by Partial Restoration of Federal School Technology Funding: Full Funding for Enhancing Education Through Technology (EETT) Sought
Today’s action by the Subcommittee would, if enacted, represent a $196 million cut to the EETT program on top of a similar sized cut last year. The Bush Administration proposed to eliminate EETT in its FY06 Budget Request.
