Alambama launches distance learning initiative
MONTGOMERY, Ala. (AP) – A new $10 million distance learning initiative launched in 24 pilot schools will give students in rural counties a chance to take advanced placement classes and electives that are currently unavailable to them, school officials announced Thursday.
