Smutz to lead Penn State Continuing and Distance Education
University Park, Pa. — Wayne Smutz has been named to succeed Gary Miller as associate vice president for Outreach and executive director for Continuing and Distance Education. Miller will retire from the University in June. Smutz will assume the role effective July 1. The leadership transition process will start immediately.
