Mr Keough, who decided in the mid-’90s that education and the internet were natural companions, started with web-based models for learning transactions. He went on to develop online training and education for Qantas through his company, TechWorks, which was first bought by Morgan & Banks, and then by TMP, owners of America’s largest online recruitment company, Monster.com.
