The Annual Conference on Distance Teaching & Learning is recognized as one of the premier events on distance education. The conference addresses the needs of educators, trainers, managers, and designers from throughout the world who are involved in the application of technology to the teaching and learning process and in the planning, administration, and management of distance education programs.

The conference is sponsored by the University of Wisconsin and draws an audience of more than 1,000 people from throughout the U.S. and other countries.
