Local firms invited to apply for establishing of ‘MOOCs’ through Higher Education Ministry [Egypt]
The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology launched a tender for local firms to apply for to be part of the establishment of massive open online courses (MOOCs) under the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
