Zimbabwe’s Open University More Than Triples Its Tuition

The Zimbabwe Open University, the only distance-education university in the country, has increased its undergraduate fees by up to 340 percent without warning. Students at the university, interviewed by the newspaper The Zimbabwe Standard, say the increase will result in a large number of dropouts.
