AUSTIN, TEXAS, October 25, 2000– Viviance new education, Inc., the premier

opened an office in New York, New York and added two key additions to its
executive management team ˜Geoffrey Mann, Sr. Vice-President of Sales-North
America, and Thomas Christel, Vice President Worldwide Marketing.
Headquartered, in Austin, Texas, Viviance new education has an existing
office in San Francisco, California and a sales office in Canada. The new
New York office is located at 225 Lafayette Street, Suite 1003, New York, New York.
The company’s new office is part of its corporate strategy to
bring top-notch web-based eLearning services to growing regional markets
such as the East Coast and expanding Viviance’s North American presence.
Michael Weller, Worldwide Chief Executive Officer for Viviance AG new
education is also located in the New York office.

Geoffrey Mann- Sr. Vice President of Sales North America
Mann, originally joined Viviance new education Inc., as Vice President of
Sales-Eastern Region, and was recently promoted to Sr. Vice President of
Sales-North America. This extremely experienced former ad agency executive,
lead account management teams for Coca-Cola, Seagram, Pfizer, Nabisco, and
Avis. From ad agency to publishing, his keen sites on sales leadership has
proven to be a winner for Mann at such notable publications as Playboy,
Games, The Cable Guide and NCAA Sports. Prior to joining Viviance new
education, Mann spent 10 years formulating strategic marketing plans within
the public education sector, and led the charge to redevelop the sales team,
strategies, positioning and targeting for web site developer Redscope.com. This former lecturer at New York University, The New School, and graduate of
Kent State University says that a former boss best described him as “a born
leader, who not only responds to his clients first, but realizes the
importance of their prompts.”

Christel will also be based out of New York Office and focus on Viviance’s
North American efforts after positioning and launching Viviance’s efforts
across Western Europe.
With over 17 years of high-tech marketing and communications experience with
such companies as IBM, Andersen Consulting, Ameritech and more, he brings a
cohesive approach to marketing Viviance AG new education on a global scale.
With a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University and a Masters of
Business Administration degree from the University of Notre Dame, Thomas
brings to Viviance the strategic and tactical expertise for market
leadership in the eLearning marketplace worldwide.
Additionally, Viviance AG new education has also recently opened new offices
in Denmark and Belgium. The new office in Copenhagen, Denmark, was due to a
recent acquisition of Feldborg Multimedia. This acquisition will open the
doorway to Viviance new education – Nordic serving Denmark, Sweden, Finland
and Norway. The office in Belgium was the result of a contract win with our
partner Siemens for the Flemish Government.
