Virtual Study
It shouldn’t be too long in Frederick County’s public schools before the term “virtual school” has a significant meaning in children’s education. Our state Board of Education has given its OK to a plan to help educate students who cannot attend classes. By the school year 2002, it could help home-bound students as well as offer accelerated work for students who can study and take “classes” overnight.
