January 11, 2005

Quincy, MA. – January 10, 2005 –Videré Conferencing has completed its third year of operations and solidified its position as New England’s leading provider of video, audio and web conferencing solutions. Videré has implemented more than 200 conferencing projects to date and achieved revenue of approximately $7 million in 2004, up 125% over 2003.

Conferencing industry veterans Todd Luttinger, Bill Benoit and Steve Cogliano self-funded the company to fill the void in the marketplace for a full-service organization that managed every aspect of the conferencing project, from best practices consultation, to product selection, installation, training, maintenance and support.

Videre’s 2004 highlights include:

    o 45 new customers
o New practice area focused on legal industry
    o New partner relationships
    o Expanded Technical Support Center

“We always believed that the key to our success would be a strong focus on customer service,” said co-founder Todd Luttinger. “What has surprised us is just how hungry businesses are for service and support of their conferencing equipment. Our goal is to help our customers maximize the return they are getting on their conferencing investments and they appreciate and value a service like that.”

New Customers
Videré’s customer list represents the core industries in the Boston and New England economy. They have become a leading conferencing solution provider to the healthcare education, legal, financial and professional services industries. Videré’s attracted 45 new customers in 2004, including Bowditch & Dewey, Boston College High School, Bentley College, Emhart, Mintz Levin, Providence Equity Partners, TJX and Whole Foods.

Projects have ranged from process re-engineering, upgrading legacy equipment, audio visual customization, network design, multipoint bridging services and supporting offices in locations outside of Boston including New York, Washington DC and California.

New York City Expansion in 2005
The company also announced plans to open a New York City office in the first quarter of 2005 in order to better serve their many customers with locations in the city. “We reached critical mass with the number of existing customers who have multiple office locations in the city. It just makes sense for us to be closer to them in order to provide more flexible, immediate service,” said Videre’s Steve Cogliano. “This move helps us better serve existing customers and opens a whole new world of possibilities for bringing in new business. We are very excited about our outlook for 2005 and beyond.”

Expanded Partnerships
Videré has established partnerships with the conferencing industry’s leading suppliers in order to provide their customers with the best products on the market today.
