U.S. Navy Turns to TANDBERG for State of the Art Distance Learning

NEW YORK, Nov 6, 2002 (BUSINESS WIRE) — TANDBERG, a global provider of collaborative communication solutions, today announced that through its partner Applied Global Technologies (AGT), the Navy will rollout the TANDBERG Director in its Guam classrooms to support its sophisticated rich media distance learning curriculum. The Navy’s Chief of Naval Education and Training (CNET) command is responsible for training a daily average of 47,000 officers, enlisted personnel and civilian government employees in more than 3,600 different courses.
