University of the Philippines Open University: Creativity, collaboration and convergence at 10
The idea was to reach farmers and answer their needs for information without requiring them to leave their farms and homes. Farmers acquired learning and practical skills in dairying, rice production, vegetable gardening, and health and sanitation. The programs aired by DZLB were so successful that other schools-on the-air followed suit.
