November 10, 2003

GeoLearning, Inc., the largest Application Service Provider (ASP) of enterprise learning management systems and e-learning content, announced today that United Technologies Corporation (NYSE: UTX), a $28 billion corporation with approximately 203,000 employees that provides high technology products and services to the commercial building and aerospace industries, has selected the GeoExpress™ LMS as its enterprise learning platform. GeoLearning was awarded a 3-year contract to manage enterprise-wide e-learning, including the consolidation and integration of more than 1,600 e-learning courseware titles from 18 different content vendors.

“The objective of this project is to increase global accessibility to Web-based learning and reduce costs, while streamlining the integration, administration and registration for all types of learning through a single ASP,” said Stephen Bieglecki, Director of Technical Education for UTC. “We chose GeoLearning’s hosted solution after an exhaustive selection process that included a thorough review of more than 20 LMS and training management vendors.”

“Managing the volume and breadth of content offered through the UTC Learning Portal requires a robust LMS solution to simplify and administer the registration process, maintain a significant course catalog, track learner data, and integrate and pass data with existing systems,” said Frank Russell, President and CEO of GeoLearning. “GeoExpress™ is ideally suited to streamline learning delivery and administration throughout this complex, highly dispersed organization.”
