Ukraine Gets Regions First State-of-the-art Knowledge-Sharing Facility

With the support of the World Bank and the Canadian International Development Agency, Ukraine took a step forward to bridge the digital divide by opening a Development Learning Center at the Ukrainian Academy of Public Administration in Kyiv.
