The 2001 Flashlight Focus Training Institute: “Evaluating Web-based Courses

“Evaluating Web-based Courses in Nursing Programs: Shining a Flashlight on the Benefits and Challenges of

Teaching and Learning on the World Wide Web” is quickly approaching, May 4

to 5, 2001. The workshop will be held at California State University,

Fullerton.

Online and mail-in registration ends in just one week (Monday, April 23).

The workshop will help you mount studies of your program’s uses of

technology in instruction. You will work with Flashlight Program

consultants, including the developers of the new Flashlight Evaluation of

the Educational Uses of the Web in Nursing (EEUWIN) project. You may want to

join this new benchmaking consortium of institutions.

Make your hotel reservations at the Marriott Hotel Fullerton/Anaheim on or

before April 19th (DEADLINE EXTENDED) to take advantage of the conference
