The next StatChat Live event will take place on Wednesday, November

15 from 2:00 – 3:00pm EST. The topic of this chat is: “A Conversation

About High School Dropouts and Completers.” This chat coincides with the

release of the “Dropout Rates in the United States: 1999” report which

will be available by 9:00am on the morning of 11/15. Chris Chapman, one of

the authors of this report from NCES, will be in the chat room at that
