SITEL Launches GeoMaestro E-Learning Platform
GeoLearning LMS offers SITEL University enhanced reporting, authoring and competency management tools.
GeoLearning, Inc., the leading developer of ASP-delivered e-learning systems and Web-based training solutions, announced today that SITEL Corporation, a leading global provider of outsourced customer support services, has upgraded SITEL University to its new GeoMaestro™ learning management system and e-learning delivery platform. SITEL originally launched the online component of its corporate university on the Geo Learning Center™ LMS platform in the spring of 2000.
The system upgrade includes enhanced Web-based reporting and course authoring capabilities, plus the addition of MyPlan™, GeoLearning’s competency management tool for planning and tracking employee certification, regulatory compliance, training and professional development.
