Senate to Hold Hearing on Digital TV

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Senator John McCain (R-AZ), Chairman of the Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation, today announced a hearing on digital TV. Members will examine the progress of the transition from analog to digital TV.

The hearing is scheduled for Thursday, March 1, at 9:30 a.m. in room 253 of the Russell Senate Office Building. Senator McCain will preside. Witnesses will be announced at a later time.
