Roosevelt University Marks 10-Year Anniversary with SunGard SCT By Signing New Outsourcing and Software Agreements

Under the terms of the new agreements, SunGard SCT will provide up to 10 years of software maintenance through its Premier Maintenance program, outsourcing services via its SCT OnSite offering, and remote technology support for all SCT Banner applications currently installed at the University. Also included is programming support to customize applications to meet specific service needs of the institution, training for solution users at the director/operational level, and network infrastructure consulting services for Roosevelt’s two main campuses and satellite locations.
