Project Lets Village Doctors in Mexico Call On Medical Experts in U. of Texas System

The new program, called telemedecina in Spanish, seeks to make professors at the Texas system’s six medical schools available to doctors in one of Mexico’s main migrant-exporting states. Puebla is home to many of Mexico’s 90 poorest micro-regions, which are the focus of a new government program seeking to stem migration.
