PopTech 2001: Online, Everywhere, All the Time – How it will change our Lives

University of Maine collaborates with the Camden Technology Conference to create a 3 credit course

It begins online October 5, 2001.

Students will attend Camden Technology Conference at the Soderberg Center for Distance Education Orono campus on weekend of October 19-21. Remainder of course is held online through December 20. Check http://www.camcon.org for conference information.

James Toner, director of distance education, leads an interdisciplinary team of University of Maine faculty including Judy Hakola (English) , Ken Nichols (Public Administration) , Jim Patton Engineering) , Howard Segal (History), Tina Passman (Modern Languages & Classics), Bill Kuykendall (New Media) and Martha Broderick (Business).
